Amber Moon does not offer refunds. All items bought during a sale, or sale items, are final sale and we will not accept returns on these items. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We will accept returns on full price items only, within 7 days of receiving your item. You must submit a written request to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please mark the email: ATTN: Amber Moon Returns.
Returns must be unused, unworn and in original packaging with tags still attached. Once we receive your return, as long as it meets the above criteria, we will contact you about an exchange, or possible store credit for your item. If your return does not meet the above criteria, your return may be declined.
You pay for return shipping. We do not reimburse for the initial or return shipping fees, and you pay for shipping on your new or exchanged item(s). Store credit may be issued for the value of the return, less shipping charges and a restocking fee. Store credit may not be used on pre-orders, gift cards, or Amber Moon Beauty items from LimeLife by Alcone.
