Shipping policy

All orders take 2-5 business days to be processed before they ship. Estimated Delivery starts when your order ships. Please allow 5-12 business days for your order to be delivered, depending on carrier delays. Shipping is calculated by the weight of each item directly through USPS. Your shipping amount will be calculated during checkout. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will also receive updates through email, and/or text if you choose, about order shipment, delivery, etc. We do not offer free shipping at this time, except for the occasional promotion code. 

Amber Moon now has multiple locations. Your order may ship from any one of our locations, and you may receive multiple shipments from one order if you ordered more than one item. You will receive tracking information on all shipments sent out.

If your package is lost for any reason, please file a claim with the shipping agent. If there is proof of delivery by the shipping agent, your package is considered delivered on our end and we won't be shipping out any replacement items or offering refunds. If the shipping agent decides your claim in your favor and refunds Amber Moon, we will give you a store credit for your items, less any original or new shipping fees. 

Please contact us before shipping back any returns, as some items need to be returned to a specific location. Returns may only be made after requested and approved by email. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of item, and must be unworn, with tags still attached and in original packaging. Sale items, or items bought during a sale are final sale, as are all Amber Moon Revival, Vintage, preorders and sample items. No returns or exchanges can be made on final sale items, items bought during a sale, or Amber Moon Revival, Vintage and sample items. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges given on preorders, and preorders cannot be canceled.
