Refund policy

Please contact us before shipping back any returns, as some items need to be returned to a specific location. Returns or exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receiving item(s), or for store credit. No refunds are given. Items returned or exchanged must be unused/unworn and in original packaging with the tags still attached. Customer pays return shipping fees and to ship out new or exchanged item(s). The original shipping amount is not added into the store credit. Sale items, or items bought during a sale are final sale, as are all Amber Moon Revival, Vintage, sample items, PREORDERS, Amber Moon Merch and gift cards.  No returns or exchanges can be made on final sale items, items bought during a sale, or Amber Moon Revival, Vintage, sample items Or gift cards. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Discounts or store credit cannot be used on preorders, or any beauty items from LimeLife by Alcone. Preorders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
